Can I sell any items that I make using products downloaded from this website?

Yes, you may sell any tangible hand crafted items using the downloads from this website. Please DO NOT sell any printed sheets, digital files or any graphics contained within these as they are all subject to copyright and selling these would be deemed as theft. But we are happy for people to download our items and make them into something made by hand.

Can I share the cards I download from your site with others?

Sharing of the files or graphics therein is not permitted, however you may sell any HANDCRAFTED items made from the products sold on this website.

Can I adapt your designs and make them into something else?

Sorry, but no, all items have to stay as is and be used for their purpose as stated.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I make my payment by any other method?

Unfortunately not, all payments must be made via PayPal.

I am having problems making my payment through PayPal, what can I do?

I am having problems downloading my items.

My items aren't printing out to the same size

Please ensure when printing out that you select the same size (in windows) i.e. full page photo and untick the fit to frame box, this will ensure that your items print out correctly and to the same size. If you have any further problems please contact us.

What format will the downloadable files be in?

All files will be in JPEG format.

How long will my downloads be available for?

Once purchased you will be able to download your files for up to 7 days. Once downloaded and saved onto your PC it is recommended that you create a back-up copy.

Will my downloads print out to a good quality?

Yes, all products are designed to a quality of 300 dpi. If you use a good quality card, I recommend a minimum of 160gsm, photo quality, then you will get great results. I can recommend smooth decoupage card and paper, which is available from numerous on-line stores or local craft shops.
